ORDERING

• Wholesale prices are F.O.B. Sun Valley, California and are subject to change without prior notification.
• Due to nature’s way of hand woven products, pattern or color may vary slightly. All sizes are approximate. The measurements given are from the outside of the product and are for the largest piece in the set only. L: length, W: width, H: height, or D: diameter. On side handle trays –sizes are not included side handles.
• The minimum requirement for all orders is $150.00. A service charge of $10 will be added to freight charges on orders not meeting the required minimum.
• Substitutions will be made on out of stock items, unless “No Substitutions” is specified on the order.
• California law requires a signed resale certificate to be on file. Orders without a resale number are subject to sales tax.
• Stain & colored baskets are processed after receiving your order. We are not liable for type of usage and any harmful effect which may occur.
• A 40% non-refundable deposit is needed for baskets painted in the USA prior to processing the order.

CAUTION

• Colors on the item that are painted overseas may run and leave marks. The shades vary from one shipment to another.
• All items are for decorative use only.

ORDERING

• Net/30 days from invoice date on orders over $150.00. There will be a late charge of 1.5% per month on all over due invoices. There will be a $20 fee on all returned checks.
• We honor:
• New credit accounts please furnish us with three credit trade references with complete address, phone numbers, and one bank reference.
• Our office has the right to select the freight company. Unless instructed by customer in writing.
• Any accessory service that the customer requests at the time of delivery will be billed by the freight company directly to the customer.

CLAIMS

• Please inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival. Any claim must be reported to the carrier within 7 days after receiving the shipment. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be prepaid. Claims made after 7 days of invoice will not be honored.
• No return on custom painted or stained baskets. All other returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
• Buyer agrees to pay all legal and collections costs for any delinquency in payments. In case any dispute arise with any order, customer consents to the personal jurisdiction of the court sitting in Los Angeles County, California with respect to all matters relating to any order and waive rights to removal or consent to removal.
